PourHue Privacy Policy

Effective 12 October 2026

PourHue is a water sort puzzle game made by BigPengW Studio. This policy explains what happens to your information when you play it.

Information we collect

PourHue has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, phone number or exact location. It does not sell personal data.

Google Analytics for Firebase (by Google) collects usage statistics so the game can understand how it is played and be improved. The game sends it: the levels played and their type, the outcome (won, replayed, abandoned, stuck, out of moves), move count, stars, time spent on a level, which help was used (Undo, Hint, +1 tube, More moves), whether help came from your helper stock or from ads, ad offers accepted or declined, daily rewards claimed, daily challenges, stars earned and spent, items bought with stars, the level 1 tutorial, whether the Google Play review box was opened, and the highest unlocked level.

Analytics also collects by itself: a random app instance ID, first open, sessions, screen size, time engaged, device model, operating system version, game version, language, and approximate location (country/region) inferred from your IP address. AdMob sends ad events (for example ad requests and impressions) to Analytics. Analytics never reads the advertising ID and is not used to personalise ads (this is disabled in the app configuration).

Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game asks with Google's consent box when it opens. Statistics are only turned on if you consent to "store and/or access information on a device"; otherwise the game sends none. You can change your choice any time via Settings > Privacy Policy, which reopens the consent box in these regions. Everywhere else, statistics are on by default.

What stays on your device

Progress and settings stay on your own device: the highest level you have unlocked, stars per level, the run in progress, your helper stock, daily rewards (claim day and streak), daily challenges, stars earned and spent, items bought and in use (tube style, colour theme, background), tutorial completed, whether the review was asked, and settings (sound, music, vibration, language, colour symbols). Apart from the statistics described above and the data the ad service collects (see Advertising), none of this leaves your device.

Permissions

On Android the game uses the vibration permission only for short vibrations while you play, and you can turn this off in Settings. The internet permission is used for ads and for the statistics above. The advertising ID setting is used only by the ad service.

Advertising

PourHue offers optional rewarded video ads. Undo, Hint, +1 tube and More moves all draw from a helper stock saved on your device, and the daily reward adds to it. When one kind of helper runs out, the game asks you first ("Watch an ad to get...?") and plays an ad only when you choose Yes. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and information about how you interact with ads, to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. In the EEA and the UK the game asks for your consent before ads are personalised; you can change your choice any time with Settings > Privacy Policy. Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings under Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads).

Children

PourHue is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Deleting your data

Settings > Reset progress in the game removes your progress, stars, purchased items, helper stock, daily rewards and tutorial, while keeping your settings and the "review asked" flag so the game does not ask again. Uninstalling the game removes everything stored on your device. Statistics already sent to Google are not tied to your name or email; they are tied to the random app instance ID, which is lost when you uninstall. To stop statistics from being sent: uninstall the game, or in the EEA, UK or Switzerland withdraw consent via Settings > Privacy Policy.

Statistics tied to the app instance ID are kept for 14 months at Google, counting again from your most recent play. Aggregated reports that are not tied to a single device (such as plays per level) may be kept longer.

Changes to this policy

Any change will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

PourHue không có tài khoản và không hỏi tên, email, số điện thoại hay vị trí chính xác của bạn. Game không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.

Google Analytics for Firebase (của Google) thu thập thống kê sử dụng để hiểu game được chơi thế nào và cải thiện nó. Game gửi cho Analytics: màn đã chơi và loại màn, kết quả (thắng / chơi lại / bỏ giữa chừng / kẹt / hết lượt), số nước đi, số sao, thời gian chơi màn, trợ giúp đã dùng (Lùi, Gợi ý, +1 ống, Thêm lượt), trợ giúp từ kho lượt hay từ quảng cáo, việc đồng ý hay từ chối xem quảng cáo, quà hằng ngày đã nhận, thử thách hằng ngày, sao đã nhận và đã tiêu, món đã mua bằng sao, hướng dẫn màn 1, việc game đã mở hộp đánh giá của Google Play, và màn cao nhất đã mở.

Firebase cũng tự thu thập: mã cài đặt ứng dụng ngẫu nhiên (app instance ID), lần mở đầu, phiên chơi, kích thước màn hình, thời gian tương tác, kiểu máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành, phiên bản game, ngôn ngữ, và vị trí gần đúng (quốc gia/vùng) suy từ địa chỉ IP. AdMob gửi vào Analytics các sự kiện về quảng cáo (ví dụ yêu cầu quảng cáo, lượt hiển thị). Analytics không đọc mã nhận dạng quảng cáo (Advertising ID) và không được dùng để cá nhân hoá quảng cáo (đã tắt trong cấu hình ứng dụng).

Đồng ý (EEA, Vương quốc Anh và Thuỵ Sĩ)

Ở EEA, Vương quốc Anh và Thuỵ Sĩ, game hỏi bằng hộp đồng ý của Google khi mở. Thống kê chỉ được bật nếu bạn đồng ý cho "lưu trữ và/hoặc truy cập thông tin trên thiết bị"; nếu không, game không gửi thống kê. Bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào qua Cài đặt > Bảo mật; ở các vùng này nút đó mở lại hộp đồng ý. Ngoài các vùng này, thống kê bật mặc định.

Dữ liệu lưu trên máy của bạn

Tiến độ và cài đặt ở ngay trên máy của bạn: màn cao nhất đã mở, sao từng màn, lượt chơi đang dở, kho lượt trợ giúp, quà hằng ngày (ngày nhận, chuỗi ngày), thử thách đã làm, sao thưởng và sao đã tiêu, món đã mua và đang dùng (kiểu bình, bảng màu, hình nền), việc đã xong hướng dẫn, việc đã hỏi đánh giá, và cài đặt (âm thanh, nhạc, rung, ngôn ngữ, ký hiệu màu). Ngoài thống kê ở mục trên và dữ liệu do dịch vụ quảng cáo thu thập (xem mục Quảng cáo), những dữ liệu này không rời khỏi máy của bạn.

Quyền truy cập

Trên Android, game dùng quyền rung chỉ để rung nhẹ khi bạn chơi; bạn có thể tắt trong Cài đặt. Quyền truy cập internet dùng cho quảng cáo và thống kê. Cài đặt mã nhận dạng quảng cáo chỉ do dịch vụ quảng cáo sử dụng.

Quảng cáo

PourHue có quảng cáo video có thưởng, không bắt buộc. Lùi, Gợi ý, +1 ống và Thêm lượt dùng chung một kho lượt lưu trên máy, quà hằng ngày cộng thêm vào kho. Khi một loại đã hết, game hỏi trước ("Xem quảng cáo để nhận ...?") và chỉ phát khi bạn chọn Có. Quảng cáo do Google AdMob cung cấp. AdMob có thể thu thập mã nhận dạng quảng cáo, địa chỉ IP, vị trí gần đúng của thiết bị và cách bạn tương tác với quảng cáo, để hiển thị, đo lường quảng cáo và chống gian lận. Ở EEA và Vương quốc Anh, trò chơi hỏi ý kiến bạn trước khi cá nhân hoá quảng cáo; bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào qua Cài đặt > Bảo mật. Ở mọi nơi, bạn có thể đặt lại, xoá mã nhận dạng quảng cáo hoặc tắt quảng cáo cá nhân hoá trong phần cài đặt Android, mục Google > Quảng cáo (hoặc Quyền riêng tư > Quảng cáo).

Trẻ em

PourHue không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ.

Xoá dữ liệu

Cài đặt > Xoá dữ liệu trong game xoá tiến độ, sao, món đã mua, kho lượt, quà ngày và hướng dẫn; giữ cài đặt và cờ "đã hỏi đánh giá" để không hỏi lại. Gỡ game xoá mọi thứ trên máy. Thống kê đã gửi không gắn với tên hay email của bạn, chỉ gắn với mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên, và mã này mất khi gỡ game. Để ngừng gửi thống kê: gỡ game, hoặc ở EEA / Vương quốc Anh / Thuỵ Sĩ rút đồng ý qua Cài đặt > Bảo mật.

Thống kê gắn với mã cài đặt được giữ 14 tháng ở Google, tính lại từ lần bạn mở game gần nhất. Báo cáo tổng hợp không gắn với từng máy (ví dụ số lượt chơi mỗi màn) có thể được giữ lâu hơn.
